Experiences
WRG has been able to source prime suppliers to the US Department of Defense and to nuclear research laboratories for large scale projects, improvements in reliability and operations and in support of new power plant build, start-up and operation.
In this effort, WRG conducts business in a support or lead role for the overall project delivery through development of requirements and specifications, building out the project plan, cost profiles and metrics for earned value and development and management of critical equipment, spares and procurement activities. In many cases, WRG performs direct brokering of materials and services, but maintains a constant presence as the single point of project execution through its integrated project management approach.
